Delivery Details

  • 95% of Auto Parts Wholesalers Pty Ltd orders are despatched within one business day after payment confirmation.
  • We aim to have Australian orders delivered within 5 business days and all International orders delivered within 10 business days of the order date.
  • If your order includes backordered items (as indicated on the website or by staff at time of purchase), the entire order will be held until these items become available.
  • Customers are emailed parcel tracking details at time of despatch with either Star Track Express, Australia Post or DHL.

Delivery Cost

Your delivery cost can be calculated before committing to a purchase or entering private details.

  • Add the number of items sought to the shopping cart.
  • Update the anticipated delivery postcode field.
  • Click the 'recalculate' button.

The postage charge shown takes into account the combined weight of all items and is frequently subsidised by Auto Parts Wholesalers.

The Auto Parts Wholesalers system of calculating postage costs means customers can often add additional products at no or little extra delivery charge.  It is not the sum of each product's individual delivery charge should they have been sent separately.

Receiving Delivery

A signature for items at the point of delivery may be required. This is for your added protection and also allows for the receipt of items by another occupant at the same address.

Goods sent within Australia and by Australia Post will NOT be left at an unattended address. Instead, a calling card in the mailbox will indicate the closest Australia Post outlet at which the parcel will be left for collection.

Parcel hasn't arrived?

Please refer to the tracking details emailed directly to you. This supplies a website link and your unique tracking number which you should enter on the appropriate tracking website provided. It will specify the history of the parcels movements and its current location.
